What materials do you use in your jewellery?
Alder Fine Jewellery uses only ethically sourced materials, including 14k and 18k solid gold, sterling silver, and conflict-free gemstones or GIA-certified diamonds.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary by location but usually take 10-14 days.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, we provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty that covers any structural defects. This does not include coverage for lost items, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns and exchanges on all non-custom items within 30 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unworn and in its original packaging.
How should I care for my fine jewellery?
To maintain brilliance, clean your pieces with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or lotions, and store them in a dry, lined jewellery box.
